Contributions made to the ThiruTamizh Foundation are exempted from Income Tax u/s 80G of the IT Act, 1961, vide provisional approval dated 29-Oct-2021.

 

ThiruTamizh Foundation is currently NOT REGISTERED under the FCRA, therefore FOREIGN CONTRIBUTIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Only INR (₹) donations from Indian banks are accepted.

In accordance with the Income Tax Act, the donor/donation information are necessary to submit the Statement of Donation (Form 10 BD) to the IT dept. and to generate and issue the Certificate of Donation (Form 10 BE) from the IT Portal.
